2010 Brides

 

The Doubletree Hotel has the following incentives for any wedding reception that takes place in 2010

 Incentive 1

Dave Crockett Photography is offering a free engagement session when you hold your wedding reception at the Doubletree Hotel AND when you book one of Dave Crockett's Photography packages.   This engagement session is a $350 value and includes a 2 hour photo session, over 20 portraits taken and placed on disc and a 11x14 portrait ready for framing.

PLUS he is offering an additiional $100 off his wedding portrait packages for your wedding in 2010.

Incentive 2

The Doubletree Hotel will provide you an additional one night stay* with breakfast AND two 30 minute massages in Ezential Bodywork Spa.

 

New bookings only for a minimum of 100 adult guests.

 Specials do not apply to bookings already under contract.  

 Wedding must be booked and held between August 1, 2010 and December 30, 2010.    

 To receive engagement session you must book your reception with the Doubletree and your photography package with Dave Crockett Photography. 

    Parking and location fees are not included in engagement session.

(*One night stay may be used in conjunction with your honeymoon, for family members or on your one year anniversary)

FAREWELL BREAKFAST/BRUNCH SPECIAL

Host your breakfast or brunch for your out of town family and friends the day after your wedding reception.   Book your breakfast or brunch for 2010 and receive 10% discount off our farewell breakfast packages. (Minimum guarantee of 25 required for this special to apply - must be booked by September 30, 2010).   (Not applicable for breakfasts previously under contract or for continental breakfast menus).

SLEEPING ROOMS- RATES START AT $99 PER NIGHT

It's not necessary to hold your wedding reception at the Doubletree Hotel in order for your guests to receive a discounted room rate at one of the premier locations away from downtown in San Antonio.    We offer room blocks for 10 or more rooms for your out of town family and friends.
