Guest Accommodations

The Doubletree Hotel is pleased to offer assistance with accommodations.

If you can guarantee a minimum of 10 guest rooms, we would be happy to provide you with your very own room block to ensure availability and rate. Your Catering Manager/Wedding Specialist will offer you assistance and frequent updates between the times of setting up the block to the time your guests arrive.

If you are not able to guarantee a minimum of 10 rooms and only require individual rooms, you may simply call our reservations department directly at 210-366-2424 or 1-800-535-1980 and inquire if the “wedding rate” is available on the dates you need the rooms. It is not necessary to mention the name of the bride and groom unless there is a room block set up. for out of town guests.

It is not necessary to have your reception at the Doubletree Hotel in order to be able to have rooms for out of town guests.
